TROIKA Bermuda is excited to share that we’ve been invited to perform the iconic musical “SARAFINA” at the esteemed International Black Theatre Festival. This opportunity showcases our local talent and Bermuda’s cultural richness on a global stage.

The festival, renowned for celebrating African-American theatre, offers a platform for artists worldwide. We’re honoured to be among the select few invited to participate in this prestigious event.

Participating in the festival not only elevates TROIKA Bermuda’s profile globally but also provides invaluable opportunities for our performers. It’s an honour to represent Bermuda and share our cultural perspective with diverse audiences.

We’ll be performing “SARAFINA” at The Gerald Freedman Theatre, UNCSA, for four captivating performances on July 30th to July 31st.

TROIKA Bermuda has become known for its high quality productions over the years. We endeavor to provide our young people with professional theatre experiences, and as such we find ourselves having to rent expensive technical equipment to support our productions. This year we aim to fundraise for our own lighting and sound technical equipment that can be used for current and future productions. This will not only allow us to have our own equipment and to help alleviate some of the rental expenses, but will also provide learning opportunities for those young people interested in technical theatre.
